華星東方承建的云南省紅河州建水生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2024年09月18日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning project of Jianshui household waste incineration Power generation plant in Honghe, Yunnan Province, undertaken by HEPT, has passed a 72-hour + 24-hour trial operation since 19th.Sep 2024
該項目總設計規模為日處理生活垃圾500噸，配套建設1x500t/d機械爐排垃圾焚燒鍋爐+1x10MW汽輪發電機組。煙氣凈化采用“SNCR脫硝＋半干法脫酸系統+干法脫酸系統+活性炭噴射+布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩定化”的煙氣處理工藝，為我司設備供貨工程。
The total design capacity of the project is 500 tons of household waste per day. The related construction will be one 500t/d mechanical grate waste incineration boiler + one 10MW steam turbine generator set. The flue gas cleaning adopts the flue gas treatment process of "SNCR denitrification + semi-dry deacidification system + dry deacidification system + activated carbon jet + bag dust collector + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", which will all be supplied by HEPT.
